1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between cucikuat ("Platform", "we", "our") and every individual ("Member", "you") who accesses or uses the cucikuat platform available at cucikuat.org and all related subdomains or applications.

By clicking the "Register" button, making your first deposit, or simply browsing pages within this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy included herein.

2. Member Eligibility

cucikuat services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of registration;
• Not prohibited by local laws or regulations from participating in online gambling activities;
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of a territory that expressly prohibits online gambling;
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform;
• Registering an account solely in their own name and not acting on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts, whether under your own name, another person's name or a fictitious identity, is a serious violation that may result in all such accounts being closed immediately and any funds within them being forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The information you provide during registration — including your full name, MyKad number, mobile phone number and bank account or e-wallet number — must be accurate and current. This information is used for identity verification and withdrawal processing purposes. Changes to your information can be submitted through our 24/7 customer support.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. Never share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

cucikuat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (covering major Malaysian commercial banks) and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50. The minimum amount for each withdrawal is also RM50. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is submitted.

4.3 Verification Requirements

cucikuat reserves the right to request verification of the payment method before approving a withdrawal. This includes proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used. This step is carried out to protect members from unauthorised use of payment methods.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cucikuat offers a welcome bonus to new members — a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings arising from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. Once this wagering total is met, bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per promotion;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements are met;
• cucikuat reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or a breach of terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion;
• Bets on certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements — further details are available through customer support.

6. Game Rules

The cucikuat platform offers a variety of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, virtual sports and table games. Each category and individual game has its own rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

All games are provided by licensed developers using independently audited random number generators (RNG), ensuring fairness and randomness of game outcomes. cucikuat is not responsible for any disputes arising from a misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical fault or service disruption occurring during an active game session, cucikuat reserves the right to void or suspend the relevant round and refund the bet if the situation requires such a decision.

7. Member Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any compensation:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Bonus abuse through arbitrage betting or betting methods specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without risk;
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Use of false identities or forged documents during registration or verification;
• Attempts at money laundering or financing illegal activities through a cucikuat account;
• Unauthorised chargebacks on deposits that have been used for gambling.

7.2 Respectful Conduct

In the live casino environment and other interactive games, members are expected to behave respectfully towards dealer representatives and fellow players. Offensive language, threats or harassment are prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by Member

You may close your cucikuat account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure, any eligible balance — that is, after any relevant wagering requirements have been met — will be processed for withdrawal.

8.2 Termination by Platform

cucikuat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or a security risk that could affect the platform or other members.

In the event of termination following a breach of terms, any funds in the account concerned may be forfeited after an investigation has been completed, at cucikuat's discretion.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of members' personal data is carried out in accordance with the cucikuat Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at the Privacy Policy page. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.

cucikuat uses SSL encryption and the latest technical security measures to protect members' personal data from unauthorised access. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for licensing compliance purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Gambling carries the risk of losing money. By using cucikuat, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose all or part of the funds you have deposited. cucikuat is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during use of the platform.

cucikuat services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds information or any technical aspects beyond our direct control.

11. Amendments to Terms

cucikuat reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Notice of material amendments will be given via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except for amendments that are urgent in nature.

Your continued use of the cucikuat platform after such amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this document from time to time.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

cucikuat operates under international licensing. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the legal principles applicable in our licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures to be determined by cucikuat. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, that part shall be deemed severable from the rest of the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
